Now before we get into the numbers I just want to admit that I didn't stick to it 100%. We had a couple of meals out, another weekend away and a bit of a shoulder niggle that made me reduce the amount of training I did. Regardless of all this, the results were pretty impressive.
In the last 4 weeks I dropped 6lbs, lost 3/4" of my waist and 1.5" round my hips (and most importantly the bullying has stopped!), which is not bad going considering i didn't have much to lose in the first place.
If you combine everything I have told you over the last month with the Optimum Nutrition Diet you could achieve some pretty amazing results.
