To put it simply, Yes! With a bit of hard work and determination you can achieve a lot in that time. How does 3.5 inches off your waist, 2.5 inches round each leg and more defined arms sound? That is exactly what Rachel has achieved in the last 6 weeks following Optimum Nutrition and training twice a week.
Her strength and fitness also went through the roof. Adding 33% to her kettlebell press and she went from swinging 8kg a handful of times to doing over 100 with 12kg.
There were 3 keys to Rachel's success:
Hard Work: Nothing worth achieving comes easy and the training sessions are just the start. You have to juggle work, family (she has 4 kids by the way), diet and exercise, which is anything but easy.
Determination: At times there will be things you don't want to do; an extra 10 swings or not having a dessert when the kids are. These are challenges that will come up, which you need to deal with and it takes will power and determination to do.
Adherence: I never got any excuses, I couldn't train because of X,Y,Z, my diet was crap because of blah, blah, blah, nothing like that, Rachel was great at doing as she was told. I got swore at a lot, which is standard, but she always did it.
What can you achieve in the next 6 weeks?
